In Australia, people often mean a binding financial agreement when they say “prenup”.

That is separate from booking your marriage with us.

We do not provide prenups

We are marriage celebrants, not lawyers. Our packages cover the marriage itself, from paperwork only to a full wedding ceremony.

If you want a binding financial agreement, speak with a family lawyer and get independent legal advice.

You can still keep the marriage simple

If you are sorting out a financial agreement and also want a low-fuss legal marriage, those are two separate things.
